Hi:

Take a look at this Palm Knowledgebase article and see if it helps....

By the way, if you can't even open the Call Log, you may have to use a file utility program like FileZ to locate the PhoneCallDB file and delete it manually. Note that you will also have to rename the backed-up PhoneCallDB file on your PC to avoid reloading the corrupted file,
