OK - help! I just got the new Centro, after I drowned my Treo 650 by accident.
I set up my connection to email by ActiveSync, and got all my inbox messages... but none of my folders - not the subfolders from the inbox, and not folders on the same level as the Inbox.
I'd had earthlink totalaccess prior - and had set up my work email as an IMAP - so that I could add folders. I'd do it again if need be, but I'm not sure that my new exchange server allows it. So I want to use ActiveSync. They (email hosts) suggest ActiveSync, and insist that I'm supposed to have access to the subforums. Well... What? I don't have any subforums, and I don't know what to do!!
Help!
(BTW - how come there isn't a "Centro" folder?
