I also have a Plantronice 655 and it works beautifully . If a call comes in on either phone I am immediately connected to that call. I don't have to disconnect from one then connect to the other. The only problem with the plantronices is that the part that fits in your ear comes off. I bought the Blue Ant because I wanted a one piece device. I guess you can't have everything, so I am resigned to be carefull with the plantronics or searching for the little rubber piece that fits in the ear.
