I have created and held technical support workshops for Palms and many manufacturers have provided products for demo or testing. I have done limited testing but did find the Parrot and Sedio handfree to work well. Noise cancelling is always an issue. Particularly with truck noises in your case. I just use the Jabra Headset. Tucks behind the ear and works well. Pairs quickly.
