Try a different sound file and see if the ring comes back.
It could simply be that the MP3 you are using has too high a bitrate for playback. I usually reformat my ringtones to MONO with about a 30k bitrate since you can't tell a difference over the loudspeaker anyway. Plus it makes them MUCH smaller. |
