For speed dial you have to hold the appropriate button down for a second. If you're doing everything right, and it's still not working, then a hard reset would probably fix the issue.
As for internet, it sounds like you have something still trying to hit the net. Make sure you delete all of your email accounts. Also anything else you may have previously used that could make a net connection. If all else fails, try a hard reset to throroughly clear old programs out.
You could also go into Sounds&Notifications and uncheck the box for system sounds and events. At least then it would be quiet. |
