Did you download the activesync to your computer.im asuming is your first time,if not im sorry,but i will need more info.in the mean time go to
www.palm.com & look for downloads and download the latest version of activesync.you should the cd that came with your 700w/x .like i said i need more info in order to help you find out whats goin on. good luck.
