I have had problems with syncing at work with palm. So I deleted palm desktop off the computer and downloaded the program and set it up.

I synced and it duplicated everything so I ran a back up restore to clean up the device and went in to palm to have the device overwrite the pc. When I click on hotsync all the options except setup are grayed out. I can setup a new user and it gives me the options until I sync. But I do not want to do that each time in fact that may be causing the duplicates...

What am I missing??
