Just my $.02....you really should use
at least two different spyware products. Ad-Aware 2008 is a pretty slick update and SpyBot Search and Destroy has also greatly improved over time. I do run both. AS WITH ANY PRODUCT OF THIS NATURE, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK FOR UPDATES FREQUENTLY.
I have gotten into the habit of checking weekly. Ad-Aware seems to post updates a bit more frequently, but both seem very well supported.
