Hi:

Sure looks like you are making the move for the right reasons. I love discounts too!

The other thing to look for is if Cincinnati Bell will allow or sell an unlocked phone. If so, you will be able to pop in a prepaid SIM from Mexico (probably TelCel, right?) rather than pay roaming charges. You have to weigh the increased cost of an unlocked phone though. Probably won't give you data service though.

I do love Cabo and spend two weeks there every year.
