The are 2 common causes for a slow device, and both have to do with program memory.
If you have too many processes running, there won't be enough free memory for the OS to run smoothly. Try closing all open programs with the task manager (just hold down the OK button).
The other common culprit is cached files in IE as they use program memory also. Go into IE and go to Menu>Tools>Options>Memory_tab>Delete_Files. |
