I just got a Plantronics Voyager 510 this week.
It'll answer calls OK, but it's a PITA to make one & get it to work.
Your post in the other thread about Plantronics' reply about incompatibility makes sense now.
When I turn the headset off, the phone has the option of canceling Bluetooth. I have to do this to use the phone.
When the headset is powered on, the phone doesn't have this option-I have to start the call on the phone, then push the button on the headset to transfer to it-& hope I don't end the call.
I had a Motorola 700 or something bluetooth headset, and everyone complaining about hearing background noise where I work got annnoying, so it got thrown in a drawer.
It also felt like it was going to fall off all the time.
We should get paid for testing this high priced junk.
