If you are talking about that Toughbook, I really don't consider it an alternative to a Treo, BlackBerry, smartphone, etc.
It is a very impressive device, but "...will do anything anyone could want"? How about making a call on the fly?
Not sure I get the inclusion of something like that in a smartphone discussion.
