I just got my ATT 750 running WM6Pro 10 days ago but I have so far:

Google Maps with pseudo GPS

TeleNav Maps - free from ATT and in case I get real GPS but has nice maps and search.

IM+ multi client IM program - (transfered license from BB), supports AIM, MSN/Live, Yahoo, ICQ, Jabber, Google Talk and MySpace IM. Only AIM IM I have found that stays connected "almost" 100% of the time. :> With Yahoo IM its good but not as good as with AIM.

RDM+ - fast and simple computer desktop controller. I can take 100% control of any compter its installed on and do anything the computer can do all from my Treo.

MS Live Search

WeatherBug - nice free weather that puts the temp in the top bar and/or a display in your today screen.
