This sure seems like a bait and switch. Are you using this phone on any network yet? If this phone is on Verizon's network now you may be able to get some help from them...maybe. If this phone is not on Verizon yet, there may be more trouble awaiting as they determine the innards that do the communicating belong to another network. |
