My provider was Voicestream. Their service was HORRIBLE. I had my original 180 replaced by Handspring in case it was the hardware that was causing the bad reception and dropped calls. It turned out that it was just Voicestream and their coverage here in Austin. It was very frustrating. After several letters and many phone calls up their support food chain, I was able to have them cancel my contract and go somewhere else.
The day my contract was cancelled was the day I went back to Sprint and got the 300. I've been a happy camper with the phone service, and the Treo has settled down and I haven't had to reset it for weeks now. |
