When you say voicetones I assume you mean a voice recorder? Very shortly you will see a firmware upgrade which will enable the 600 to use software that will allow you to record voice memo's using the following software:
Easy Notes

There is no Bluetooth available for the 600 yet and maybe there never will be. There are no drivers for OS 5 that exist.
Moving MP3's to the ringers -
You would need a 3rd party software called lightwav for this to occur.
