I have to tell you that today when I was trying to make my first hotSync, when I just had finished the process, the treo went freze and when I tried to make a soft reset ,NOTHING HAPPENED!! and I had to go for a hard reset with the result that I lost everything I was keeping in my memory!! ..The screen just stay frezed and nothing could be done about. ? do you know what to do? Thanks!!
