Easy Notes and Easy Address was originally created by Binary Garden, and ended up being bought by iambic. I don't think that there is much difference between the version by Binary Garden and the one by iambic.
I like Easy Address and even Easy Notes, but found that sometimes the icons or graphics for Easy Notes can become corrupted so that it causes Easy Notes to crash. Even if it was working fine a day ago, suddenly, Easy Notes would crash when launched. Restoring a previous or even older copies of Easy Notes doesn't seem to help. But I have discovered that it was due to a corrupted graphics or icon file. If I delete it and load Easy Notes back, it will work fine.
So, make sure you have a backup strategy in place so that if something goes wrong, you can restore things back.
Easy Address doesn't seem to have this problem and hasn't crashed (yet. Fingers crossed). I like Easy Address a lot because I love having pics in the address book. |
