When I saw an Islander net minder my mind traveled back to 1973, when a much younger me was between the pipes at the Nassau Veteran Memorial Coliseum playing an all star game. I was playing for Christopher Morely Hockey League v. Long Beach (with all the Ranger's kids) I did stop this one, but many, many more (5) got behind me. I we lost 14-2
