I don't own a Treo but they work great on my Zire 71, which is very slippery as well. They are great since they allow a better rubbery grip on the Palm so it's less likely it'll slip off your fingers.

Keep in mind that these egrips tend to last for a few months before they start peeling away. I've bought the generic ones (not for any model) a while ago and cut out little areas so that I can spread the use over time.

They do work but unfortunately don't last as long as I'd like.
