If you're comfortable with the Palm OS, then the 650 is a nice upgrade from the 600. You might want to wait a few months until after the release of the 700. We should know if there is a Treo 700p or Treo 750 coming. This way, you'll be able to weigh all of your options:

hopefully a lower cost Treo 650 due to launch of 700
new 700 running Windows Mobile OS
news of Treo 700p or Treo 750

You'll have a lot of options...
