I have a Dell Latitude with built in Bluetooth. They will both recognize each other, but will not let me bluetooth files between them. Everything seems to be working fine until the computer pops up with the error message that the phone does not support this service. I have spoken with AT&T who sent me to Palm. Palm had somone who has done the exact thing with Palm software, but was no help with WM6. High level customer service at Palm said, "I have no idea." Anyone have any ideas on what I need to check?
