Download for Java on Windows Mobile? How, What, & Where

I want to run Java apps from the web on my Treo 700W Windows Mobile browser.

I thought it was already standard, but when I visited some sites I got the message
that I needed to have Java installed.

As with other PDA, I am sure 700w is capable..right?

Could someone kindly tell me what to download, where , and stepwise how to
enable a Java environment software on my Windows mobile browser for the
Treo 700W?
