hi, i just recently got the 700wx through Verizon and every time i plug it into my computer, the phone locks up and i cannot do anything and i have to unplug the phone and i have to do a soft reset to get my phone to work properly. I just got the phone about 2 weeks ago and have had the problem the whole time. I cannot figure out what to do. please let me know if you have any insight.
