If you get a chance would you provide some direct on how I can get the "today" screen onto a tab in zlauncher? Sorry to keep bugging about this. I've had other palms in the past and have downloaded lots of other apps. This one is confusing me for whatever reason. Thanks a lot for all the great help you have already provided.

Go to the general preferences in ZLauncher - then tap the Plugin tab on the right side - down at the bottom is a check box for "PluginTab" - enable that check box.

This screen also lists the plugins available.

Press the home key until the Plugin screen is shown. It will show "Plugin" the upper right corner.

Press the Option button then tap the "Tab Properties" line. Here is where you specify the plugins you want to play with and set them up.

The ZLPluginContacts has never worked on my device, though it does work with Launch-Anywhere. I use ZL4Cast (gotta have 4Cast from www.shsh.com), ZLPluginToday (interacts with your calander program) and ZLPluginClock.

I like changing backgrounds on my 700p; the 650 due to memory constraints has no backgrounds. Anyway, when I change backgrounds, I spend more time fixing the color and shadowing of the fonts, making sure the letters stand out against the color. The 700p really makes this area of customization interesting. Ben

I followed your instructions and am set up great (for me anyway). I found the settings for the text easily adjustable on the 650. For whatever reason when I purchased zlauncher, I never got the today screen plugin. Maybe it wasn't there or maybe I overlooked it (very likely). Anyway, I found the plugin on zztechs website and it went smooth from there.
