accessing e-mail

My employer uses Lotus Notes for e-mail. I have the ability to access my work e-mail from any PC or mobile device as long as I have access to the web/internet, which I do on my Palm Centro. The way to I can access work e-mail is through the url www.cwinsider.com. Once I type this address into my browser, I am then prompted to type in a username and password. My phone gives me a "authenticating" and then "setting domino settings" message, and then kicks me back out to the log in screen. Every now and then I get into the home page of my e-mail, but then once I try and open up an e-mail it once again kicks me back out to the log in screen. Does anyone know wht might be happening and how I can fix the problem so that I can access my work e-mail?
