    Default Browsers w/Java?

I was wondering if there are any decent browsers for the Treo...Blazer sucks; I cannot do my online banking w/o Java. Also, the Blazer browser in the Cingular 680 has no disconnect feature...once you are online, the only way to disconnect is either to work through the prefs to the network & then disconnect, or turn the phone off then back on. both of those methods suck as well!

Hope you folks can hep out!

Some people have great luck installing the Java based application via hot sync (I have no problem doing so) and others get nowhere. Others have great luck installing the Java based application via email attachment (I have no problem doing so) and others get nowhere. Othsers have great luck installing the Java based application via their web browser (I have no problem doing so) and others get nowhere. And some just cannot do so.

    Good luck.

There is a preference setting for allowing more memory. IBM Java Preferences --> enable the Use Double Buffering option, set a maximum memory (I use 8mb) and set the Maximum Java Thread Stack size (I use 32kb). Too low a value causes problems. Also, there are times when Opera Mini becomes emotional.

Yep, though frankly it is still not what I would consider anywhere near ready to be released. The more you play with it...
