I just installed the update for Business Connection. The previous version allowed me to see ALL of my Exchange inbox and sent items regardless of where the e-mails were sent from (desktop or phone).

The new version only shows the newest 25 e-mails in the inbox and only shows mail sent directly from the phone in the outbox.

Sprint has been useless in trying to get all of my e-mail folders synch'ed to the phone. I have spent at least four hours on the phone with them, they have escalated the ticket, etc. No one there can help me.
