RESEARCH! | I was curious if anything was conflicting with Chatter. What was the nature of your problem with Chatter? Had you done any trials of any other software which you then decided to delete? Did you try either uninstalling/reinstalling Chatter or, since you had nothing on your Treo, a hard reset?
I ask these things because I had a problem when I first installed Chatter, so I did the uninstall/reinstall thing, and it's worked fine for me since.

| From reading this thread, my opinion is that you did not really look that closely at the options. Your statement,
--->>> Yes. Just like everyone else's posts about cahttermail, it got so that
--->>> I couldn't stand the phone vibrating, resetting and just plain acting
--->>> up. So, bye-bye chattermail!
clearly shows that you did not look closely at the options available - as for phone vibrating - that is a setting.
As for resetting and just plain acting up - that my friend is not a ChatterEmail problem. It may become more apparent with ChatterEmail running, but the root problem is still there. I have had ChatterEmail running on too many devices to consider it at fault. In addition, with Marc's level of support, if it were a ChatterEmail problem, he would have corrected it all ready - it being the most widely used third party email program used by business customers. Looking at your memory usage and what other applications you are running might prove interesting.
As for functioning as described, it functions EXACTLY as described.
Ben

| I have licenses for both ChatterEmail and Snappermail and use ChatterEmail exclusively. However, at one time, I also bulked at the ChatterEmail interface, finding it a bit clumsy compared to Snappermail. I stuck with Snappermail for a while, they saying it would save to the card (only on the midnight run did it do so for me and it did not always move everything). They kept saying background operation, well.
Anyway, I grew frustrated at the promises, the lack of updates and the same old thing in the forum. I moved everything to an IMAP server, deleted Snappermail and went full time with Chatteremail. It took some time and effort to get use to; however, I have not looked back too often. When Snappermail does come out with an upgrade I always go to their site and read the info. Once I installed and played, the other times I did not.

| Chatter Email I am using Chatter Email +(version 2.1.3). I recently upgraded to the latest version (for free) as I was using the previous. I have had no problems with the resetting on my 650 as others have reported. I have not used Snappermail so I can't compare the 2. I only have experience with Versamail and Chatter is far superior due to the push feature. I would definitely recommend it. |

| Chatter email I bought Chatter email about a month ago and my checking account shows the debit. Now, my treo is telling me to license the device and the program has quit working. The chatter email website has been down all day. Has it gone belly up? Thanks for all help. |

| At first, the site kept timing out, but it came up soon after i made that post. Thanks for replying and re-assuring me about the app. I've enjoyed it while it worked. |
