Default Chattermail

Is anyone using Chattermail? They offer a 30 day trial, but I haven't had a chance to check it out. How does it compare to Snappermail?

I did the trial of Chattermail, and really liked the true push capability. I chose Snapper because it supported both IMAP and POP. I understand, however, that right after I bought Snapper, a new and improved version of Chatter became available, so perhaps it supports POP now, too.
(If I recall, you are an email addict, too, so you would like the instant gratification of push technology!)

Yikes! Be careful! I decided to try the new and improved Chattermail over the weekend. I installed the trial, and it caused my Treo to reset twice. When I then started some of my favorite installed apps, ALL of my purchase codes, registration codes, etc, had been wiped out, reverting them all to trial status.
What a headache....

Don't know what happened, but I have now uninstalled Chatter.....

Default same problem

 Had the same thing happen to me. I thought I had done something wrong (other than installing the software). I lost all reg codes, everything was gone just as below. I also uninstalled Chatter
Guess I am going back to Snapper or waiting for Blackberry.

i tried versamail, chattermail and now snappermail. i'm going with snappermail over chattermail mainly for the ease of use. i like the way snappermail is set up and the location of the items in the pull down menu (select all is an example...at the top for snapper and near the bottom for chatter)...not to mention, i've always said, you can't beat good snapper....

I've been using the new chatter for a while now. I haven't had one problem with it. I use both Pop and IMAP. I think its a great program and have already purchased it.
I use gmail and fastmail. I only sync with Gmail once a day. I use fastmail to retrieve my forwarded gmail messages, so that I can get them instantly using chattermail's true push mail.
I have to say, that is the most used software on my treo. Its so fast, that it feels like text messaging. The new mail even pops up in a new window over the current program. At that point you can read it or press ok and dismiss it.

Palmgear has 20% off until Novemeber 20th so I decided to go ahead and buy ChatterMail even though I already have SnapperMail. I've been trying out apps and buying them when they've had reduced prices. So far I've hit them lucky and have gotten at least 80% of the apps I've purchased at less than the regular prices.
