Chattermail Folders

I'm just started using Chattermail and so far I like it. I'm using it with my e-mail account that supports IMAP. I have the Treo 650 Palm.

I have all my sent e-mails on my Treo uploaded to the server so they will be duplicated to Outlook later. But I'm wondering how I can add more folders, server folders, so I can see messages that I sent from Outlook. I may have worded that last sentence incorrectly. Outlook also uploads the messages I've sent from it so I want to be able to see that server folder as well on my Treo. At the moment I just see local Treo folders.

I am not an Outlook user. However, once you st up the folders on the IMAP server, then in ChatterEmail you define an account, then define the various mailboxes. This is accomplished from Edit Mailbox.
notice at the bottom if the Account Definition screen - from the Define tab - at the bottom - Reload folder list. After creating the account:

Then create a New Mailbox - enter the name you want it to be shown as within ChatterEmail then down at the bottom, tap on the prompt under Complete Server Folder Name. These steps are done for each mail box that you want to duplicate on the Treo that are on the IMAP server.

Hi Marc, i would like to know how did you manage uploading sent mails from your treo to the sent items in your mail server. I use Chatter as well and have an iMAP account configured, however i am unable to synchronise the sent items folder on the treo with that of the sent items folder on the server. Couls you help me find a way to overcome this?

There is a configuration option within Chatter that allows you to specify where items sent from the Treo end up on the mail server. I keep the folder off line and sync it on the Treo when the need arises. Also, you can specify a "Treo Sent" folder on the device.
