Entourage 2004 Synchronization

If you are trying to get your new Office pack to synch with your treo you may hae noticed that Microsoft does not show the installer for handheld synchronization on their homepage.

However all is not lost If you did a full install when you installed your Office 2004 it is on your hard disk, Given this caveat you can locate the Entourage conduit installer in your Microsoft Office 2004 folder in the Folder Additional Tools. The installer “Handheld Synchronization Tool” will fix your problem. Before you double click to install please remember to quit all Microsoft programs including the office events.

If you are unable to find the installer on your hard disk check your original Install disks from Microsoft.

After installing it is a good idea to check what is synchronized and to make sure your tags for various phone numbers are also synchronized.
