Music or Audio error 553 chunk too large

Okay, I can receive my work Email through versamail, no problem there. They use VPN, so I'm not really surprised that I can't send, but I wanted to share the error message in case it means anything to someone.
553 Requested action not taken: mailbox name not allowed or chunk too large.

Hmmm. VersaMail setting or VPN?
Also, I can NOT set my comcast.net address to send OR receive.

Do I call Comcast on this one? Or are there settings on-line like google does for gmail?

TIA
Michael

It sounds like there in an SMTP proxy in play on the firewall that is denying your attempt to send mail through your work server. Typically proxies like this will only accept SMTP bound for the local mail domain.

Comcast does not allow use of their SMTP servers from outside their network. But, you should be able to use the SMTP server of your wireless carrier.

Well, I got on a chat-help with Comcast. With a new port setting, I can receive, but still not send. This makes it difficult to reply to anything.

I saw an article on the Palm Knowledge Base about a corrupt database, and wanted to know if anyone else has had success with this "solution". I haven't tried it yet and don't want to bother if it's not likely to be successful.

I CAN send using the "Mail" program, not Versamail. I'm not sure it this results in an Email that others can reply back to me by. The "Mail" program is the one that I can send pictures with, and recorded messages. That's handy.
