Having trouble for the second time with software purchased here

Downloaded Galaga trial, played, figured I HAD to have it, so purchased a licens here. Now I just get error messages from the code screen. This is the second software from here I've had problems with. Also downloaded a $40 dictionary that won't load onto my 650. Haven't heard anything from the site after sending in two trouble emails. Anyone else having these problems?
