How to Improve Camera?

Can anyone recommend software that will enhance the camera capabilities on the Treo 650?

I love the feature but often find that the photos are dark.

I also thought that originally when I was trying to take pictures that the pictures were way too dark. At that time, I set the option of not reviewing the pictures before saving them and just let it save immediately onto the SD card.

Then, I decided to allow the camera to have that 3 second delay where you can review a photo after it's taken and decide whether to save it or trash it. And after setting that, I've found the pictures were way better. I don't think that I've found the pictures to be dark anymore.

You may want to try that.

There are other photo capturing software out there. Eusoftware.com has one called PhotoGather but originally when I was trying it out for my Zire 71, it didn't work very well for me. It may be different for a Treo.

Resco Viewer has a "color" feature where once you take the picture with your treo, you can open in resco viewer and increase the brightness level. Of course, as with any image editing app, too much brightness makes the picture appear grainy.
