Default HTML Mail? (and introduction of myself)

Hi there

My wife and I are both new Treo 600 users (found them for $200 each on E-Bay woohoo!). I have been searching, browsing, and basically living on the forums here for the past week and I am slowly learning all the wonderful things I can do on this thing. Thanks for having this resource available, Chris. It's been a huge help in getting us set up

I only have one question that I have to ask up front: What e-mail clients will allow me to read HTML e-mails in the mail application itself? The default mail app shows them as an attachment that I first have to DL and then view in a browser. There are certain mails that I can get in plain text and this is driving me crazy I am trying to decide between Snapper and Chatter atm (can't install the demo at work because I am on a Mac...plus I have no sync cable here anyway )

I wanted to ask this before I purchase one of the two in case either one doesn't support this feature or maybe if there is even a free option out there that can do it. We don't do anything fancy with mail at this point...just plain POP3.

Thanks in advance for any comments/thoughts/ideas

Brad

Just in case anyone else is interested in the question I posed, Snappermail is the only mail client available that has native full HTML rendering. I picked it over Chatter for that and a few more reasons...it just seems a more solid product.

This is from Snappermail's site. You won't see images in your emails. I'm guessing it's just HMTL of text rather than full blown HTML such as the eNewsletter (which actually comes in Snapper as a text version)

Does SnapperMail support rich-text HTML messages?

Yes, SnapperMail renders HTML messages. Please note some complex messages will look a little weird on a small Palm-sized screen and advanced HTML objects like embedded images and tables will not be rendered.
