in some trouble

Hi i am new here, but i have a quick question i am using a treo 680 and i accidentally deleted a text message that i did not meant to. is there anyway i can recover that. i am pretty sure that is was not saved to my sim card. thanks for the help. i really need this text.

Well, when it asked you if you wanted it to archive at the next hotsync operation, did you leave the box checked? If so, its in your computer the next time you hotsync, otherwise it is gone forever and there is nothing you can do about it.
