Is using chatter a "FATAL ERROR" in itself??
After finally solving an issue that locked up our data connections and tacked huge charges onto our cingular bill another issue just materialized (just as I was beginning to like chatter)
All of a sudden over the weekend my wife and I both started receiving the same error message from chatter [Chatter is reading a message with hundreds of recipients. This is a fatal error; please remove the offending message from your mailbox.]
At this point MY TREO 650 RESTARTS and when chatter starts up again and attempts to retrieve messages the error loop starts over again and the phone restarts. Only way to fix is to goto a desktop, access server directly and delete the "offending message" which seems to be anything with more than one recipient.
Have contacted chatter support but it's been a full day and no response. Thought I'd try here because chatter support seems to attend to people better when the question is placed through a public forum.
PLEASE HELP - I'm beginning to think it was a fatal error to switch to chatter.

CE has been an amazingly good email app for me and Marc's response time to a support request email is almost instantanous. I've emailed him and he has replied literally within 2-3 minutes (the power of push email).
Send him another email at support@chatteremail.com I know he was rather busy the last few days because I was chatting (
)with him over the weekend.

Still no support response
I contacted marc yesterday morning tagged as urgent and still have had no reply. With the easy questions, yes, in the past he has responded quickly...but the sticky ones I sometimes feel he is avoiding.
My wife and I have treos that are crippled right now because of this. If there is a fix I would hope he would let me know. If you can get ahold of him please let him know we are desperate.
