Mobetube Won't Play??
Tired playing some streaming videos from Mobetube. I have whatever "stock" vid-player came with my 700p (Kimono?). Anyhow, click on "stream", the video player screen comes up, say's "connecting" in the lower left hand corner, then "Operation Failed" / "Not Supported".
Any idea why I can't play these videos?

I believe you are referring to kinoma. You need to upgrade it.
Upgrading from stock to 4.0 is $14.
There is a new upgrade now which is free from the prior upgrade.

Forgive my ignorance, but is there any way to tell if I already have a version on my device? How do you upgrade for free? And lastly, I'm assuming then, that the Mobetube stuff only plays on the upgraded version?
Thanks for the help.

Kinoma comes installed on the 700P. You can get the upgade to 4.0 either by going to kinoma.com, or by viewing something that launches kinoma and upgrading from there.
I believe you can only view mobetube with the 4.0 upgrade.

Kinoma does not come installed on all devices (it did not come on mine). That site does work on the latest release; however, I did note that not all of the links work and in one instance, Kinoma opened up and then exited back to the brower. The site does has its problems.

Kinoma has another upgrade to 4.1.1, and is currently working on yet another upgrade/fix, to correct a problem that's going on presently.
Hope they get it worked out soon. I WANT MY KTV:angry:
