Most likely you'll need either:
Handmark PocketExpress movies
or Infoman. You can also use the mobile version of moviephone in your Treo's browser, but I think that's what you're looking to avoid
I use Vindigo for my movie info. It also gives me directions, places to eat, etc. I have been in San Antonio for 6 years and still have no idea where I am going or even where to go. This app saves me a lot of headaches and gas.

I dont have issues, I have volumes.
I know it is internet based, but yahoo has a nice palm type web page for mobile phones. I have yahoo account logged in all the time. I have the local movie theaters on My! page. It works great. It doesn't take that long to check them.

I'll give some of the others a try, right now I'm using handmark express' free trial and loving it, but the subscription is kinda steep (since I like all of it, not just the movies.)
