Hi,
I have a bit of a dilemma and I am hoping the helpful folks here will be able to point me in the right direction.

I use Outlook as a customer database. Each customer has certain tasks assigned, such as "Call back" or "Send Birthday Card"
When you open the task in Outlook, it links back to the particular customer so I know WHO I am supposed to call and why.

However...

When I sync this information with the TREO, it tells me the task "call back" or "send birthday card" but it does NOT link it with a contact so I don't know WHO I am supposed to be calling.

Is there a piece of software or some setting I can change so I don't have to boot up the laptop (takes 5 minutes and what's the point of Treo by then I might as well just have a regular phone).


PRoblem # 2:
Is there a way to send only selected contact lists to the Treo? SyncManager wants to send the Contacts file but all my customers are in a different "Business Contacts" file in outlook.
