Need Help Uninstalling AvantGo - Treo Forums

I just purchased Missing Sync and like an idiot, I installed the AvantGo software, which seems pretty useless to me.

Obviously, I want to uninstall it, but it did not come with an uninstaller. Do I simply delete the files from Applications or are there more docs that need to be purged elsewhere? It seems to be a memory hog. GRRRRR.

AvantGo is pretty cool, but if you don't want it, you can just delete the files.

I guess I don't see a lot of content I'd like to access there. It also looks like it saves a bunch of web pages to the device. Where can I go to delete these? or, are they bundled into the application? I'm not using an SD card, so space is of the essense ;)

Delete the file called Libmal.

I don't put any of the AvantGo material on an SD card. It takes up very little space, it's all text.

The libmal file was pretty small (285k) but the AvantGo app was huge (over 2mb) and it actually prevented me from logging on to my web browser today. Once I deleted that, I got enough memory back. Looks like I'm gonna need to invest in a SD card though. I can easily see the memory getting completely used up quickly again.
