I'm not at all familiar with the way servers work, so forgive me if I sound clueless, LOL. I don't remember what my Mac settings are (I'm not at home to check), but my Verizon email settings are:
    • Incoming mail server (POP3): incoming.verizon.net
    • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): outgoing.verizon.net
Our ISP is Verizon DSL. Thanks.

I suggest contacting Verizon, as I am a Sprint user and as for Mac, the wife and oldest son use Macs and I use a Gateway running Vista. Sorry.

For email PUSH there is GMail - works well with ChatterEmail. I also use Fastmail and Everyone.net.
