New Program to Shout About

I know that I talked earlier about moving on to a 650, but regardless of using a 180 or 650 Treo, one should try the FREE program SharkMsg. Basically, it is a program that allows you to send a text message to someone after ignoring a phone call. It has just been updated to version 1.45 and has an improved auto-sms feature. I have been using it since I have heard about it and its been very very indespensible for a guy who runs late after work such as myself right now :rolleyes:

Honestly speaking, I could shout about a few programs that I use that I relaly get a ton of value out of, but Ima try not to plug them all in one day

I agree that's it's an awesome little piece of freeware. What I especially like about it is that (at least with Cingular) even when I'm not on the phone and want to ignore a call, I tap ignore but don't send a text message, the person calling gets a message from Cingular that the person you are trying to reach is on on the phone. This way it appears that I am on another call and can't answer.

with my sprint service if i hit ignore it sends them straight to voice mail. If its important they will leave me a message

With the Sprint/SharkMsg combination on my phone, I can even send the message to a landline phone. It uses a Text Message to voice messge conversion and even sends you back a text message saying the voice messge was delivered. Works great!!
