New Treo 650 Owner looking for the best apps

Hi all,
I am the soon to be proud owner of a new Treo 650 with verizon service. I am wondering if anyone call suggest so good starter apps. I am looking for the following:
- good email program
- good messager app
- app for viewing movies on Treo
- application launcher
- app to send messages when I am on the phone or busy

For Email, I like the one that comes with it. . . But if you want more, snappermail or chattermail
For IM's, The only one I have tried is Agile Messenger. It works fine for me, and supports, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo and AOL
For movies, TCPMP and it ROCKS!
No suggestion for an app launcher
for app to send messages automatically, one word: SharkMSG. I use it several times a day when I am tied up in meetings!

For email - I use ChatterMail because of the push technology
Messenger - Mundu
Movies - TCPMP
Launcher - I don't use a third party launcher
App to send messages when busy - SharkMSG

Since this part wasnt answered, I shall chime in:
Launchers: Initate is the most Treo like one; Facer is a personal favorite for its simplicty; ZLauncher is the most complete and versatle; HiLauncher acts like Windows; iSpin is a kinda-launcher/kinda-newOS.
