This is a discussion on opera browser within the Treo Software forums; has anyone tried opera mini yet? I have seen only a few stories, some good reviews and some bad....

    has anyone tried opera mini yet? I have seen only a few stories, some good reviews and some bad.

    I don't think Opera supports Palm OS, but there are some who say it works great and are able to go to any web page and it will load quickly.

    Default it works on treo 650

    I have used opera mini, it works pretty well and seems pretty fast. I did get an occasional lock up. You have to have IBM java installed, which is a bit of a memory hog.

    Opera mini does work with the Treo 650. Install IBM java from palmone website and it will work.
