Palm "Ships Bells" Clock App sought

I'm looking for a Palm OS clock app that rings the Navy Ships Bells on the half our. The 8-bell cycle denes th Nay 4-hour watches.

As am I. Chelsea has mp3 files of the bells on their website, e.g. http://www.chelseaclock.com/flash/chimes/chime8.mp3

With so many guys writing clock apps you'd think one of them might be able to port the chimes over to ships bells. I'll keep hoping...
