    Looks like palmone suggests using Real Player to rip your MP3's. However, they recommend a USB SD Card Reader. This is interesting and would allow for dragging and dropping into the Audio folder. It's probably the closest thing in terms of speed and ease of use:

    Using a USB SD card reader, you can transfer audio files directly from your desktop computer to the "Audio" folder on your SD card; this is the fastest way. Otherwise, you can use a HotSync operation to transfer music files to an SD card in your smartphone, which takes much longer.
