Need Help Problems with snappermail and Verizon

I have a treo 650 (Verizon), and have installed snappermail (e). I have set snapper to get my mail every 30 minutes. On the 1/2 hour it works ok, and also if I press the Send/receive it works fine. However on the hour, my treo does a magic reboot. Not sure why, but it probably has something to do with connecting to the verizon network. Anyone else seeing this problem?

From the phone application enter #*#377 and Dial to see what caused that last crash. I occassionally get resets from Snappermail, so that might be the culprit. Do you have the latest version of Snappermail? I know my resets were reduced with the latest release.

Usually the error says which application along with the error message.

Duhh.. you are correct. It looks like DateBk5 is the cause of the problem, I will contact them.

Thanks for your help!

I'm not familiar with Datebook, but do you have it configured to do any kind of update or anything on the hour?

Not that I specifically know about. I have submitted a bug report with PimlicoSoftware (the datebk5 people). I will update this thread when I get are response from them.

Again.. Thanks for the help.. the best tip is the #*#377 dial to find out which application had the problem... priceless.
